This premier 10,000 sq ft pre-engineered steel building features a regulation basketball court with a clear-span design (no interior columns) and a generous ceiling height of 27–35 ft, providing great space for competitive play, jump shots, and professional lighting. The structure includes R-19 wall and R-30 roof insulation, energy-efficient LED lighting (50-75 foot-candles), and large industrial ceiling fans for optimal player comfort and ventilation.

Additional amenities include spectator seating for up to 2,000 fans, concession areas, restrooms, locker rooms, a LED scoreboard, and flexible spaces for storage, offices, or training. Built with durable metal siding and designed for rapid assembly, the facility offers hurricane resilience and long-term cost efficiency while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic.
