This 3,000 sq ft pre-engineered steel structure measures 60 ft long × 50 ft wide with a 20–24 ft height. It features a galvanized steel frame with wide-span arched roof, integrated skylights for natural daylight, bright metal panel walls with R-19 insulation, and an open-ended ventilation design. The interior includes dual batting lanes with high-tensile divider netting, premium 2-inch monofilament turf, LED high-bay lighting delivering 500 lux, and generous space for training equipment.

Built with a fast bolt-together system, the facility offers low maintenance, excellent weather resistance, player safety features (including 12 ft safety walls), and easy expandability — making it ideal for year-round use in Caribbean conditions.
