The turn-key design includes fully finished interiors, open-plan living areas, multiple bedrooms, and outdoor kitchen provisions.

Door Model 56 is a premium light-gauge steel prefabricated home with 76 m² of living space. This two-story elevated design offers excellent seismic and hurricane resilience, thermo-treated wood siding, R-30 high-performance insulation, 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a 30+ year lifespan. Both models emphasize energy efficiency, fast modular construction, and elevated living for enhanced comfort and safety.
